Aleo Lighting Introduces Aleo Lighting + Controls Brand Refresh
Aleo Lighting introduces a brand refresh to Aleo Lighting + Controls, reflecting the company’s expanded focus on connected lighting and intelligent building systems. The update reflects Aleo’s evolution from a luminaire manufacturer into a provider of integrated lighting and control solutions designed for modern, connected environments. The brand refresh coincides with Aleo’s 10-year anniversary, marking a decade of innovation in the commercial, industrial, and institutional lighting markets.

Blue Frontier Wins 2026 AHR Expo Product of the Year Award
Blue Frontier, Inc. announced that its packaged Dedicated Outdoor Air System (BF-DOAS™) has been named the 2026 AHR Expo Product of the Year. Selected by a panel of third-party ASHRAE member judges, the award recognizes Blue Frontier for fundamentally reinventing air conditioning for the modern era.
D.A. Davidson & Co. Updates:
EPIC Finance Team at D.A. Davidson & Co. structured and secured $1,405,653 in tax-exempt financing for the Town of Camp Verde, Arizona. The project, led by SitelogIQ, will expand Camp Verde’s existing solar array to provide electricity for its Wastewater Treatment Facility.
The EPIC Finance Team at D.A. Davidson & Co. structured and secured $112,322,766 in tax-exempt financing for the City of San Diego (the “City”) through an Equipment Lease Purchase Agreement supporting the implementation of an Energy Savings Performance Contract (ESPC). The project, led by Willdan Energy Solutions, includes a broad range of energy, decarbonization and infrastructure improvements across the City, including lighting, advanced controls, streetlighting, HVAC, solar and battery storage, water systems, roofing, building envelope, backup generation, and related electrical upgrade work.

The product range, developed in conjunction with technology partner Silvair and HVAC technology pioneer Network Thermostat, offers simplified lighting-HVAC integration for virtually any application.
NORESCO Updates:
Dominion Energy, in partnership with its subcontractor, NORESCO, has been awarded a $104 million contract to install and support important energy resilience upgrades at the FBI Quantico Complex in Virginia. Structured through a utility energy service contract (UESC), the project includes comprehensive chiller plant upgrades and modernization of on-site backup generation. It was developed on an accelerated timeline to align with FBI goals, and construction is expected to be completed in 2028. Dominion Energy and NORESCO will also provide maintenance and repair services during the 20-year performance term.
Three NORESCO Projects Honored with 2026 Environment+Energy Leader Awards
NORESCO announces that three of its projects won 2026 Environment+Energy Leader Awards in the Energy Innovation category. The annual program recognizes companies delivering measurable progress in energy, sustainability or environmental outcomes. NORESCO shares the honor with Montgomery County Public Schools, the City and County of Honolulu’s Department of Parks and Recreation and California State University (CSU) Fresno.
OPTERRA Energy Services Updates:
The City of Oceanside has been named as having one of the twenty most innovative government infrastructure projects in the world, earning a Smart 20 Award at the Smart Cities Connect Conference for its citywide Energy Infrastructure Upgrade Program. The award, which recognizes standout projects, highlights an initiative implemented in partnership with OPTERRA Energy Services that is projected to save Oceanside an estimated $26 million over the life of the program.

Walker Blue Updates:
Warren Woods Schools Solar Project Qualifies for $735K ITC
Walker Blue partnered with Warren Woods Public Schools to certify and maximize the Investment Tax Credit (ITC) for a solar energy project at Warren Woods Tower High School in Warren, Michigan. The 300 kW AC roof-mounted photovoltaic (PV) system was installed in conjunction with a roof replacement project necessary to support the solar array. Of the total project cost of $2,310,365, Walker Blue identified $1,839,592 as ITC-eligible basis. The resulting 40% total ITC generated a tax credit value of $735,836, available to the district through Elective Pay (Direct Pay).
Walker Blue Awarded State of Utah Cooperative Contract for Clean Energy Tax Credit Consulting
Walker Blue, LLC has been awarded a State of Utah Cooperative Contract to provide Tax Consulting for Clean Energy Tax Credits to state agencies and eligible public entities. The contract is effective March 1, 2026, through February 28, 2038, and establishes Walker Blue as an approved provider of federal clean energy tax credit advisory and implementation services under a statewide cooperative purchasing vehicle.
