EPIC Finance Team at D.A. Davidson & Co. structured and secured $1,405,653 in tax-exempt financing for the Town of Camp Verde, Arizona

The project, led by SitelogIQ, will expand Camp Verde’s existing solar array to provide electricity for its Wastewater Treatment Facility. The current array supplies approximately 30% to 40% of the electricity needed to serve the facility. This project will generate the remaining kilowatt-hours needed to offset the energy the Town currently purchases.

The EPIC Finance Team of D.A. Davidson & Co. developed and executed a financing structure aligned with procurement requirements and long-term energy savings performance, expanding what’s possible through innovative financing in support of the Town’s energy savings goals.
