Perfection Group Celebrates 75 Years Amid the Strongest Growth in Company History
The third-generation family business opened its tenth market in Chattanooga, surpassed $1.2 million in community giving, and brought its full team together in Cincinnati to mark the milestone.
CINCINNATI, Ohio — July 10, 2026 — Perfection Group is celebrating three consecutive record years since its founding in 1951, the opening of its tenth market in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and surpassing $1.2 million in community giving through the Perfection Group Foundation.
On June 13, the company brought its entire team together in Cincinnati to celebrate the milestone. What began in 1951 as a local mechanical contractor has grown into a team of more than 320 associates serving nearly 1,900 facilities across the Midwest and Southeast—an achievement few family-owned businesses sustain over three generations.
“Seventy-five years is a long time to stay family-owned and independent," said Todd Albrecht, Owner and CEO of Perfection Group. "What I'm most proud of is that we got here without losing where we started. Take care of the people, take care of the buildings, and the rest follows."
Revenue has increased nearly 60% over the past three years, making this the strongest growth stretch in the company's history. In May, Perfection Group expanded into Chattanooga, Tennessee, opening its tenth market and bringing local teams closer to the customers they serve. The momentum reflects growing demand for a single partner that supports facilities throughout their entire lifecycle.
This year, Perfection Group was named to the 2026 Deloitte Cincinnati USA 100 list, which recognizes the region's largest privately held businesses. The company has also earned Best Place to Work recognition for 11 consecutive years, reflecting its commitment to its people and culture.
“The last three years didn’t happen by accident,” said John Albrecht, Owner and COO of Perfection Group. "We put local teams closer to our customers, and we kept our promises. When you do the work right and show up when you say you will, the growth takes care of itself. Chattanooga is the next place we get to prove that."
Perfection Group partners with school districts, municipalities, hospitals, data centers, manufacturers, and commercial organizations to improve facility performance. As a member of the National Association of Energy Service Companies (NAESCO), the company delivers more than $18 million annually in documented energy savings, helping customers improve reliability, lower operating costs, and reinvest in future facility improvements.
The company's commitment to community has grown alongside the business. In just over four years, the Perfection Group Foundation has contributed more than $1.2 million to skilled trades education, military initiatives, environmental sustainability, disaster relief, and local community organizations. Many grant recipients were nominated by Perfection Group associates, reflecting the company's belief that giving back starts with the people and communities it serves.
For 75 years, Perfection Group has helped organizations design, build, service, and improve high-performing facilities. Whether extending the life of existing facilities or supporting new construction, the company remains focused on one mission: building a better future, one facility at a time. Still owned and led by the Albrecht family, Perfection Group is carrying that commitment into its next chapter.
