National ESCO Week Celebrates Modernizing Infrastructure for Reliability, Resilience, and Cost Efficiency, November 3-7

The National Association of Energy Service Companies (NAESCO) will celebrate the annual National ESCO Week, November 3-7, coinciding with the association’s annual R3 Conference & Innovation Expo taking place in Las Vegas, NV.

National ESCO Week celebrates the essential role Energy Service Companies (ESCOs) play in strengthening the nation’s building and energy infrastructure, reducing operating costs, enhancing resilience, and implementing reliable energy systems.

For more than three decades, ESCOs have modernized public and private facilities across the country, improving schools, hospitals, universities, and government buildings through innovative delivery models such as Energy Savings Performance Contracting (ESPCs), Energy-as-a-Service, Power-Purchase Agreements, and Design-Build projects. These projects integrate energy efficiency and renewable technologies to achieve measurable results in operational efficiencies, building health, and cost reductions.

“The ESCO industry has been and will continue to be at the forefront of upgrading and retrofitting aging infrastructure to improve the long-term viability, operation, and environment of critical buildings that have limited access to capital,” said NAESCO Executive Director Dr. Timothy Unruh.

Throughout the week, NAESCO will highlight success stories and measurable project outcomes across its social media platforms (@naesco on LinkedIn and @NaescoNews on X). The celebration honors the remarkable contributions that Energy Service Companies make to the economy and the resulting positive impact on communities across the US.
