Coldwater Community Schools

Coldwater Community Schools partnered with Veregy to complete an energy project at Coldwater High School and Max Larsen Elementary School. During a walkthrough of the high school, Veregy detected high levels of CO2 in classrooms which prompted the district to act quickly to improve their HVAC systems and enhance learning environments for students. HVAC controls replacement at the high school, integrations with facility management system at the high school, and LED lighting retrofit at both buildings will also improve energy and operational efficiency. The District utilized TIPS, a purchasing co-operative that Veregy has been thoroughly vetted by, to streamline and expedite the procurement process.
