Washington, DC — The National Association of Energy Service Companies (NAESCO) is set to host its highly anticipated annual meeting, the R3 (Renovate, Retrofit, Reduce) Conference & Innovation Expo, at the Grand Hyatt San Antonio River Walk in San Antonio, Texas, November 17–19, 2026.
As the need to modernize aging infrastructure in publicly owned facilities—including K–12 schools, colleges and universities, hospitals, courthouses, municipal buildings, and water and wastewater facilities—remains critical, public-sector agencies continue to seek financing options to make these essential upgrades possible. The energy service company (ESCO) industry provides solutions that enable building owners to modernize facilities, improve energy performance, enhance resilience, and address deferred maintenance while working within limited capital budgets.
The R3 Conference & Innovation Expo brings together ESCOs, public sector agencies, engineers, manufacturers, technology providers, financiers, and other industry stakeholders to explore the latest trends, technologies, policies, and project delivery strategies to support, advance, and scale the modernization of buildings.
