NAESCO Becomes a Member of ASBO International
The National Association of Energy Service Companies (NAESCO) is now a member of the Association of School Business Officials International (ASBO International).
With more than 98,000 public schools in the US, the K-12 market serves as one of the largest for the ESCO industry. Schools across the country are facing aging infrastructure and rising utility costs, and districts are increasingly turning to energy savings performance contracts (ESPCs) to modernize facilities without incurring upfront capital costs.
Through its ASBO membership, NAESCO aims to connect with school business leaders to share the benefits of energy savings performance contracting and the value of partnering with ESCOs. These partnerships enable schools to implement cost-effective upgrades that reduce energy costs, improve indoor environments, and align with long-term facility and budget goals.
Executive Director Timothy Unruh will be speaking at the ASBO International Annual Conference, October 21- 23, in Fort Worth, TX.
