The EPIC Finance Team of member firm D.A. Davidson & Co. structured and secured $12.56 Million in tax-exempt financing for the Temple City Unified School District located in Temple City, California through an innovative financing approach, supporting the implementation of an Energy Savings Performance Contract.

The project, led by member firm Veregy, includes the installation of an ultra-high-efficiency solar array to provide electricity to buildings across the District.

The EPIC Finance Team of D.A. Davidson & Co. developed and executed the financing structure in alignment with procurement requirements and long-term energy savings performance, demonstrating once again what’s possible when capital competes.
