Advocacy Resources
NAESCO’s research and policy recommendations, based on extensive

- NAESCO organizes an annual Federal Market workshop in
Washington DC at which senior civilian and military contracting
and procurement managers gather with ESCOs and others in the
industry to discuss ESPC program objectives
- NAESCO works with DOE to facilitate information exchange, to
provide industry feedback, and to serve as a key coordinating
entity on federal market expansion initiatives.
Industry Database
In conjunction with the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory,
NAESCO has created the only industry database reflecting actual
project activity. The database now contains more than 2,600
operating projects. Project elements have been aggregated and
analyzed, providing the best available picture of market development
and growth.
