According to a recent report, energy efficiency measures in the southern
United States could save consumers $41 billion on their energy bills,
create 380,000 new jobs, and save 8.6 billion gallons of water over the

Registration fees are
partially refundable if notification is provided in writing no later
than September 17, 2010. A cancellation fee of $75 will be deducted from
the total fees paid for all cancellations received before that date.
Notice of cancellation must be received in writing by mail, fax or
email. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after
