2005 NAESCO Mid-Year Conference

Vendor Showcase Application

Four Seasons Hotel, Austin, Texas

Exhibition space is VERY LIMITED at Four Seasons Austin. Exhibitors are required to guarantee the reservation to exhibit with a $500 deposit payable at the time the application is submitted. The money will be applied to the Vendor Showcase fees. If the space is cancelled after April 15, 2005, the deposit will be forfeited. NAESCO will accept checks or credit cards for payment of the deposit.

Booth Requirements

Exhibitor fees for tabletops and booths include one table with skirt, two chairs, standard electrical outlet, and trash can.

We will need an additional electrical outlet for our display.
We will need a 6'x24" tabletop.
We will need an additional tabletop.

This description will appear in the Vendor Profiles and on the NAESCO Virtual Vendor Showcase section of the website. If your description exceeds 50 words, NAESCO reserves the right to edit. Cancellation Policy

In the event that an exhibitor wishes to cancel the allotted exhibit space before April 15, 2005, $300 of the $500 deposit payment will be forfeited. If cancellation is made after April 15, 2005, the entire deposit will be forfeited. All cancellations must be in writing and should be sent NAESCO, 1615 M Street, NW, #800, Washington, DC 20036.
