Exhibition space is VERY LIMITED at Four Seasons Austin. Exhibitors are required to guarantee the reservation to exhibit with a $500 deposit payable at the time the application is submitted. The money will be applied to the Vendor Showcase fees. If the space is cancelled after April 15, 2005, the deposit will be forfeited. NAESCO will accept checks or credit cards for payment of the deposit.
List this information exactly as it should appear in all Conference promotional material and on NAESCO's web site.
Additional Booth or Tabletop representatives must register at full Conference fees. Conference discounts for multiple registrants may apply. Please fill out new registration form for additional registrants.

Exhibitor fees for tabletops and booths include one table with skirt, two chairs, standard electrical outlet, and trash can.
We will need an additional electrical outlet for our display. We will need a 6'x24" tabletop. We will need an additional tabletop.

Please provide a brief description (50 words or less) of your company and what product(s) / service(s) will be on display at NAESCO's Mid-Year Conference Vendor Showcase. This description will appear in the Vendor Profiles and on the NAESCO Virtual Vendor Showcase section of the website. If your description exceeds 50 words, NAESCO reserves the right to edit. It is very important to type or write clearly in this section. You may attach a separate piece of paper.
Payment MUST be received by check or credit card in advance or at the door.

In the event that an exhibitor wishes to cancel the allotted exhibit space before April 15, 2005, $300 of the $500 deposit payment will be forfeited.
