Tell attendees why they should visit you in the exhibit space as you introduce yourself, your company, your products and your services to conference attendees. Short and sweet wows the crowd!
NEW! Each vendor is permitted one PowerPoint slide that will be projected on the screen behind them during their 2 minutes of fame! Your slide must be provided to NAESCO no later than May 2 in order to be included in the rotation.
6:30 - 8:00 pm Opening Night Reception in the Vendor Showcase
Meet with attendees and promote your products and services at this informal and well-attended gathering

7:00 - 8:30 am Continental Breakfast Served in the Vendor Showcase
Pastries and coffee are served in the Vendor Showcase to facilitate early-morning traffic.
10:15 - 10:45 am Vendor Showcase Break
Half-hour break scheduled during the conference to maximize attendees' time in the exhibit area.
Noon - 1:30 pm Luncheon
Opportunity to talk with attendees
2:30 -3:00 pm Vendor Showcase Break with Luncheon Dessert, Exhibitor's Drawings and Award of Prizes Held in Vendor Showcase
Sign up to be one of the exhibitors featured in a special drawing following the luncheon on Thursday. A large crowd of enthusiastic attendees gather to hear if they have won prizes.
6:00 - 7:30 pm Networking Reception
Attend this special reception for additional networking opportunities

Your Organization's Profile Will be Posted on NAESCO's Web Site for Two Months
Your organization will be featured on the Virtual Vendor Showcase at www.naesco.org from April 20 through June 20, 2005. Links to your web site and to the e-mail address of your choice are included at no additional charge. You will reach new customers who are unable to attend the conference and reinforce your presence with attendees.

Participation in the Vendor Showcase includes free conference registration for two representatives of your organization to attend the entire conference. (One additional registration is just $195 and special Team Discounts may also apply.)
