Please inform the hotel reservation representative that you are attending the National Association of Energy Service Companies' conference in order to qualify for this special rate.

The hotel reservation cut-off date for this rate is October 22, 2005. Space is limited so, to ensure that rooms are available, early reservations are advised. Conference attendees are responsible for making their own hotel arrangements.
