and customer representatives to accelerate market development
and growth. Providing marketing and business development
opportunities for its members.

Efficient Technologies
Giving technology vendors at NAESCO national conferences the
opportunity to present their products directly to the senior
managers of the companies who are the major buyers of their
products. Providing intensive education and hands-on
demonstration of new technologies at NAESCO Technical Workshops.

Collecting and aggregating industry data to provide
comprehensive project data. Developing and disseminating
information about industry trends and practices through
guidebooks, case studies, and reports.

Industry Best Practices
Recognizing industry best practices through NAESCO's
Accreditation program. Educating end users, policy makers, and
industry participants through workshops, conferences, and
seminars.
Membership Levels
Full ESCO Member
Energy service companies (ESCOs) directly providing
performance-based retail energy services including energy
efficiency. ESCO members are eligible for Board membership and may
apply for NAESCO accreditation.
US $7,000 annually (Companies with gross revenues of less than $15
million)
US $10,500 annually (Companies with gross revenues between $15-25
million)
US $15,000 annually (Companies with gross revenues of more than $25
million)
Energy Service Affiliate Member - US $7,000 annually
All energy service providers including utilities (utility-affiliated
energy service companies acting as ESCOs in the marketplace must
join as ESCO members); equipment manufacturers, distributors, and
suppliers; engineering and design companies; financial institutions;
companies engaged primarily in power marketing, brokering, commodity
risk management, and facility management; consultants; and trade
association representatives.
Associate Energy Service Affiliate Member - US $3,500
annually above with annual gross revenues of less than $1 million.
International Member - US $2,000 annually
Companies or individuals domiciled outside the U.S. involved in
selling energy services outside the U.S. Companies based in the U.S.
which pursue international business opportunities are not eligible
to join in this category.
Public Sector Member - US $250 annually
Federal, state, or local government or regulatory entity or
non-profit entity (with a budget of less than $100,000) involved
with promoting, regulating, or purchasing energy services. Chartered
entities like municipal utilities and federal power marketing
agencies are not eligible to join in this category.
